Property & Parcel Details
View comprehensive information about properties and parcels through the sidebar and detail pages.
Sidebar Tabs
The sidebar on the right side of the map contains several tabs for different types of information:
Properties Tab
Shows properties visible in the current map view:
- List of property cards with name, address, and pricing
- Property count and distance (if using radius search)
- Type badges (Apartment or Campground)
- Click a property to select and view more details
Parcels Tab
Appears when you click on a parcel on the map:
- APN (Assessor's Parcel Number)
- Address and location
- Zoning code and description
- Acreage
- Census/demographic data
- Navigation for multiple parcels at the same location
Analysis Tab
A mini chat interface for AI-powered map analysis:
- Ask questions about properties in view
- Apply filters through natural language
- Get quick insights without leaving the map
Compare Tab
Appears when you've selected 2 or more properties for comparison:
- Side-by-side comparison of selected properties
- Add or remove properties from comparison
- Quick access to detail pages
Property Detail View
Click "View Details" on any property to see comprehensive information:
For Apartments
- Basic Info - Name, address, contact information
- Building Details - Total units, year built, stories
- Floor Plans - Available unit types with beds, baths, sqft, and rent
- Pet Policy - Dogs/cats allowed, weight limits, deposits, monthly fees
- Parking - Type, cost, EV charging availability
- Amenities - Communal and in-unit amenities
- Reviews - Google rating and review count
For Campgrounds
- Basic Info - Name, address, contact information
- Site Types - RV, tent, cabin options
- Hookups - Electric, water, sewer, WiFi
- Rates - Daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal pricing
- Amenities - Facilities and features
- Rules - Quiet hours, max stay, policies
- Pet Policy - Allowed breeds, fees

Property Comparison
To compare multiple properties:
- Click on a property to select it
- Click the "Add to Compare" toggle
- Repeat for additional properties
- The Compare tab appears in the sidebar
- View properties side-by-side
Analyze with Data Viz
From any property or parcel detail view, click "Analyze" to open Data Vizwith that item's context pre-loaded. This allows you to:
- Ask questions specific to that property or parcel
- Generate comparisons with nearby properties
- Create charts and reports
- Export data to Excel
