  • Include site photos for contextual analysis

Example: "What can you tell me about this property from the photo?"

PDF Analysis

  • Upload property reports or appraisals for summarization
  • Share zoning documents for interpretation
  • Include market reports for analysis

Example: "Summarize the key points from this appraisal report"

CSV Data

  • Upload your own property lists for visualization
  • Include spreadsheet data for charting
  • Combine your data with Travo's property database

Example: "Create a chart from this CSV file showing sales by month"

File Processing

When you upload files:

  • Files are securely uploaded to cloud storage
  • HEIC images are automatically converted to PNG format
  • The AI can read and analyze the file contents
  • Files are associated with your conversation for context

Tips for File Uploads

  • Clear images work best - High-resolution, well-lit photos give better analysis results
  • Text-based PDFs preferred - Scanned documents may not extract text as accurately
  • Clean CSV data - Include headers and avoid merged cells for best results
  • Reference uploaded files- Mention "the attached file" or "the uploaded image" in your question
  • One topic per upload - If you have multiple unrelated files, consider separate messages

Limitations

  • Maximum file size limits apply (see supported types above)
  • Very large PDFs may take longer to process
  • Handwritten text in images may not be recognized accurately
  • Complex spreadsheet formatting may not be preserved
